HELP PLEASE!!
DS at 7.5 months has five teeth and has started to bite. I have to return to work in about two months and was planning on weaning in about a month. However the biting thing has put the idea on the front burner. I guess it would be better for him to be weaned (with night feeds) before his world gets turned around by creche.

So did my reading and cut out his afternoon bottle..... MAN!! It was worse than the baby blues, I am an emotional wreck - tears, impatience, tempers. (After dropping just one feed) DH is officially a saint to deal with me. Am really glad I didn't wait until I was back at work!! I am on the mini-pill too.

Questions:

  1. How long is this likely to last - until he is totally weaned?
  2. I recently heard that heaps of water helps with PMS - is there anything that can help with this? Chocolate??
  3. When do I need to change contraception? (Do I get my libido back soon?)

If this has been discussed to death previously could you nudge me in the direction of that post so I don't bore you all.

Thanks

M

sorry can't help much but have heard that B12 and evening primrose are both helpful with PMT. Think lots of water would help with bloating and a good diet in general I found makes a big difference (lots of fruit veggie and wholegrains, and only dark chocolate.)
Sorry no help on weaning and don't even remember what a libido feels like!
