Cows milk in recipes

DD is nearly 7 months. We started blw when she was ready at 24 weeks. I've been using recipes from the river cottage baby and toddler cookbook and the my daddy cooks book. I've just notIced that some of the recipes in the books use cows milk. I can't remember of I've used these recipes or not. Can cows milk be used if its being cooked? Or should I avoid these recipes completely until she's 1?

Quite worried I may have already given her cows milk as I remember making muffins but can't remember if I used milk or not. Sleep deprivation is making me a bit useless lately.

It won't let me re read what I've typed on my phone so apologies for any typos.

TIA

Cow's milk is fine, they can have it in cooking, as yoghurts, cheese, on cereal etc. It just can't be a main drink (replacing breastmilk/formula) until 12 months.

Really? That's brilliant. I did wonder why I could give her cheese/yogurt etc...

It seems I lost my brain when I gave birth.
