Are organix rusks ok? Also, tinned tuna?

Hi all,
Firstly, organix rusks. Seems like nothing bad goes in them, but still, are they the sort of food you should limit to once and a while or is everyday fine?
Also, I've never come accross tinned tuna in any weaning/baby recipe book. Is this because its not a good food for babies? It is the sort of food that is always in the cupboard, and whilst I'm keen to give my 9mo plenty of fish, I only get to the fishmongers once and a while. any thoughts?
Thanks!

I've fed my DS tuna since around 7-8 months but only tuna packed in oil or spring water not brine. I tend to mix it with full-fat cream cheese and spread on toast or oat cakes. Nice easy lunch.

I wouldn't give any sweet biscuit every day, but some people do give rusks daily - up to you I think.

I mix tinned sardines with cream cheese and do on toast too :)

I don't give biscuits every day but DS (12 mo now) has a biscuit like that one about twice a week ish at playgroup. Theyve got no transfats or stuff in, anyway!

Tuna would be completely fine, in fact very good food - but as a fish high in the food chain now it concentrates heavy metals so you should probably not go for it really often - once a week maybe.
