i have heard that this is a sign of ready to be weaned?

my 24 week old dd has never been too interested in this bottle but now doesn't want any even after 8 or more hours sleep!

is this a sign, if yes why?
she is already on 1 meal a day (baby rice and fruit puree) however i gave her sweet potato puree as well yesterday evening, could this be still keeping her full 12 hours later?
i am struggling to get 20oz (the minimum suggested i believe) of milk into her each day as it is!

add milk to all her meals to get more into her and try not to worry; as long as she is gaining weight and has a wet tongue / is dribbling she is not going hungry or is getting dehydrated.
Have you tried different bottles/teats? What about the formula type? Maybe you could get a small carton of another type of pre-prepared formula for her to try... that way you are not spending out on tonnes that maybe will not get drunk.
Little tummies do take a while to digest new foods at first, so she could still feel quite full the morning after a new food
Good luck!
