How long does your 1 year old take to eat?

DS (17mo) is currently happily sat in his high chair, grazing through his lunch, it's over an hour since he started. I'm sure he doesn't eat at this pace at nursery! I don't want to take him out as he is still eating, but is this an inordinately long time for him to spend over it?

An hour??? My 12mo takes about 10 minutes, maybe another 5 if there's pudding. My 2.10yo takes the same if she can be bothered!!

I have slow eaters. My 8year old usually takes an hour to eat a meal and has always been a slow eater. Ds takes 30 minutes to drink an 8oz bottle whilst his friend finishes his in 10 minutes. They are all so very different!

12 month old DD can easily take an hour or longer. I'm hoping she gets a bit quicker as it can be really tedious waiting for her to finish.

16mo Boy takes around 20-30 mins on average, 45 if were not chivvying him along.
