Non windy food... help me to sleep again!

DD is 7 months and has been on solids for a month. We have been BLW and going really well- she loves food and eats well. The only problem is that her sleep has gone beserk. Could be a coincidence, but I am worried that she is uncomfortable at night. She was very constipated for a few days, but I seem to have sorted that out with some dried apricots. She is waking up every few hours and seems very restless and won't settle. I'm now worried that I was a bit too adventurous with her food- she is eating everything. I'm thinking for the next few days to give her "gentle food" that won't upset her tummy or make her windy. Thoughts?

Could it be the 7m sleep regression? Try looking at the website The Wonder Weeks for details.
