How much does your BLW 6 month old eat?

My 6 1/2 month old ate a whole nectarine tonight after her dinner, skin and all. She will also often eat virtually a whole banana. I'm assuming there's no reason to limit her? We are BLW, so she self feeds with everything.

My 61/2 mth old is similar. Will sometimes happily munch her way through a whole banana. She had almost a whole weetabix for breakfast this morning and will eat her way through 2 heaped tbsp of ready brek oats plus milk with gusto (we aren't being purist about blw and spoon feeding her some things). My philosophy is let her have as much as she wants, or until it runs out whichever comes first.

I find it comes and goes. Sometimes hardly eating anything them chomping down a whole banana, carrot and Apple as she did this evening.
