Do you toddlers have a snack before bed?

Dd is 1. When not at nursery she usually has dinner about 4.30/5. Often an omelette or pasta or rice and beans. But her bedtime has got a bit later now - about 7.30/8. Would a snack before bed other than milk help her sleep through and what?

Do you eat after 4.30 yellow?

Sorry, that sounded a bit harsh, should have put a Smile on the end.

Does what does she have now between getting home and bedtime? Does she have a ff or bf before bed?

Mine has dinner at about 5 then a breastfeed just before bed at 7. So I suppose that is kind of a snack.

Since DS started he's always been offered dinner at about 6.45. And he always eats it Grin

We do it the other way round, DS has a snack at around 3.30 and then dinner at around 6. Bedtime is 7ish.

Mine have tea at 5ish (depending on what I'm cooking) and the 2 & 4y/o go to bed at around 6-6.30. My 5y/o goes to bed at 7.15. They don't have anything to eat after tea (though it is a cooked meal and they do have a yogurt or fruit afterwards).

Mine has tea at 5ish and then rice cakes and milk before bed at 7. He's 2 1/2.

She has a breast and formula feed before bed but still wakes up about midnight ravenous and can easily down 180ml then (but will not take more before bed)
