I saw it [[http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2012/jan/05/ikea-warning-faulty-high-chair on a respected newspaper today]]. It affects anitlops between 2007 and 2011. Check your chair's model number and if it's affected, you can get a free replacement belt.
