gah - dh put salt in the stew (again!) - can I still give to dd?

DH keeps doing this - adding salt before I can siphon some off for dd's meals. He did it tonight to our chicken casserole - can I give dd (just turned 1) some?

of course you can. great to avoid it as a matter of principle but as a one (or few) off will be fine.

I imagine it wasn't very much salt - diluted by the whole amount of casserole - probably less than is in a slice of bread - and presumably you give her toast! (and marmite :) )
