my son has been weaned for a while and now has three pureed meals but four bottles a day, but even though he is eating as much as twelve month old baby, if not more ( he is jsut over eight months) he constantly tries to grab at teveryone elses food so i am wondering if he is still hungry. he eats rusks and finger food occasionally - should i be giving him more of this? what is wise to give him???

Can't claim much experience but it does sound like a few more portions of finger food would be a good idea - he may be keen to do more self-feeding. Might not be that he is hungry, just keen to join in!
