Honey roast parsnips for a 9mo?

I want to cook the above tomorrow but not sure whether the ban on honey under 1 applies? I don't want to take any chances.

The honey will be cooked, so it's fine.
The point about honey for under 1s, is that it is a raw, untreated product.
Therefore if the botulism fungus is present, it could cause the illness.
This problem is solved by cooking.
