I really need some advice from you ladies! Ever since my lo started nursery in October and I returned to work she has had about 6 colds, 2 ear infections,1 stomach bug and the latest is a chest infection with sickness and diaorreah (not sure how to spell!) She is on antibiotics (again) and we have done a stool sample which we are waiting for the results as she has had diaoreah on and off for a while! Needless to say every time she gets ill she goes off of her food and will NOT be spoon fed! I normally let her munch on pieces of bread, cheese, potato until she feels better and then we go back to normal spoon fed meals but this time she won't have a spoon anywhere near her!

I get paranoid that she isn't eating enough as most of it ends up in her lap or on the floor. I worry that I am relying too much on her formula as I know she will at least have some of that but she is going to be one on 28th so shouldn't I be weaning her off bottles by now! Because she hasn't been eating much solids she still has a night bottle (only about 2oz) at about 1am but everything I have read says this is a no no. I just feel a complete failure regarding feeding and get so stressed especially as the 3 days she is at nursery (when shes not really ill) she will eat for them!

Also if I carry on down the finger food route I am running out of ideas of what to feed her.

I'm very stressed and tired please tell me I'm not the only one!

Well my LO 14 mo went through a phase of being a bit fussy made worse by some teething. No baby will starve him/herself so try to accept that sometimes, like the rest of us, they don't have much of an appetite, especially if they are under the weather. Dare I say it, sometimes that also play up because they are testing our reactions.
I'd continue with the finger food route. Have you tried filling the spoon yourself and then give it to her?
Children still do need a fair amount of milk at the age, so I would not worry too much about that. At the same age, DS was having two bottles a day, one in the morning, one in the evening before bed. Still does now actually.
As far as the night bottle is concerned, I really don't think it does her any harm but that is not to say that she needs it IFYSWIM.
The best you can do is trying to relax (easy to say I know) and keep repeating yourself "it will pass, it will pass" because it will.
good luck!
