sorry if this has been covered but i couldnt find anything at 1st glance.

ds has just turned 6 months he is eating solids well and is on 3 meals a day. i want to start expermenting with finger foods and was just wondering if you can cook carrot sticks, peas and broccolli ect and then freeze it? dh has ds while i'm at work and cooking some carrots will be too much like hard work for him!!

yes, you can do that
when I don't have time I buy a bag of frozen veg like that, and they are already finger sized so you just have to cook them

jodie1984 · 10/01/2006 15:09

would you just microwave them then or boil them for a few mins?
