Is it okay to give a 12mo White wine sauce?

I can't figure out if this is a really stupid question or not! The White wine will be mixed with garlic-cheese, poured over chicken and baked in the oven for 30 mins. Will the cooking process de-alcolohol it enough fir my dd??

I use wine in cooking all the time, casseroles, pasta sauce etc. and never even thought that any alcohol would remain after cooking, but now I've just found this chart. Still think it's probably OK though.

I give ds bits of sauce that have alcohol in them. As long as they are having small portions / tastes, I don't think its a big deal personally.
