I use these and these from John Lewis. And they are quite good for a small baby. I found the ikea ones far too big for DD. She's just under 50th centile btw.

I got some from Sainsburys. On the baby aisle. The cuffs are elasticated so even if they are a little long they don;t fall down over his hands.

Ikea sell some that I'm using for my 6mo DS. They velcro at the neck so can go as tight as needed and have elasticated cuffs that I push up over his elbows so he can really get stuck in. Can't remember exactly how much they were but around a fiver for two.

OK have a sainsburies nearby, but the JL ones look fab! Thank you - I'd been looking and only found ginormous ones that would drown my 9th centile DD....

Thank you!

Thanks

I got some from mothercare. They are blue with detachable sleeves, very easy to wipe clean or put in dishwasher or washing machine

PelvicFloorOfHighTensileTinsel · 06/12/2011 21:56

Not sure about online but poundland do them, they are a bit on the small side so probably perfect for you.

Flisspaps · 06/12/2011 21:57

Poundland - machine washable, elasticated cuffs and Velcro fastening

Flisspaps · 06/12/2011 21:58

Sorry - they're not online though!

HappyCamel · 06/12/2011 21:59

I have the ikea ones, I roll the sleeves up and use a bibenda bib over the top.

LittleWaveyLines · 06/12/2011 22:08

couldn't find any in my local poundland

I got mine from matalan, had very small baby too and they were great and resonably priced!

ThePetiteMummy · 07/12/2011 17:18

I got some really tiny ones for dd (also 9th centile) in Jojo bebe maman, might be worth a look (you can order online).

stegasaurus · 08/12/2011 11:47

My mum got DD some from Tesco, but that's not much help to you because I looked online to try and get some more and couldn't find them on the website.

clarabella18 · 08/12/2011 12:08

Asda do great ones too. Elasticated cuffs and a Velcro neck that can fasten reasonably small. Good value IMO.

BertieBotts · 08/12/2011 12:12

I just put T shirts on DS which I didn't mind getting dirty - second hand stuff I hadn't liked or which was old and faded etc or the t shirts from multipacks in boring colours. Then swapped them back to his normal t shirt just after eating, and didn't mind if they got stained etc.

You could probably cut up the back and stick a button or some velcro on, I never bothered though.

schmohawk · 10/12/2011 20:31

LWL I also have the Asda ones, they're really good overall but maybe a bit long in the arm for a small baby? Enjoy the run :)

schmohawk · 10/12/2011 20:32

I mean fun, doh!
