DS is 6 months on 2nd Jan-I assume I can give him Christmas dinner BLW style?!?

That's it really, want to do BLW with DS, starting about a week early will be fine I assume?! Would love him to be able to join us all round the table and munch on some lovely food?!

If you think he's ready, it will be fine :)

If he's not ready, he won't be able to get much into his mouth anyway, let alone swallow it. If that's the case, he'll enjoy playing and making a mess with the food instead.

ds1 was 6 months on 28th Jan 2007 but had started snatching food a week before Christmas so had Christmas dinner with us, he loved it

Have fun, and don't expect his to manage much amount wise... the aim of the game at this stage is to learn to handle food and become comfortable with the textures.

Thanks everyone! Did BLW with my daughter but started off with baby rice as I was a wuss. Much more confident this time so no more baby rice!

Can't wait to see what he makes of it!
