Hi all
Just having a bit of trouble introducing snacks for my 6 month old daughter. I have had the following suggestions: cold boiled vegetables or slices of banana slices of cucumebr, rice cakes, carrot crisps, cheese. At the risk of sounding really stupid, how do you serve these to a baby without her choking - should the vegetables be mashed up or are they small pieces of a big carrot for instance? Should she be having pieces of grated cheese? Do I give her a whole mini rice cake to chew on? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
