Hi

DS has had diarrhoea since Saturday. Doc said it is probably a combination of teething and virus. What are good foods to give him that will be gentle on his tummy?

Many thanks.

banana is always good - mashed up with a fork preferably :)

The BRAT diet, Banana, Rice, Apple, Toast :)

And porridge too, but made with water not milk. Oats are good for the tummy.

Yes to toast

LackaDAISYcal · 30/11/2011 20:26

Rice based porridge and banana plus his usual milk :)

anything starchy e.g. potatoes, pasta, rice, toast. Keep up usual milk feeds
