When do they stop drinking formula and start drinking cows milk?

My DS is a year next week. When do we change the milk?

You can do it now - as long as they are eating enough protein - that's whats missing from cows milk. Dont switch to follow on milk though or whatever it is called - its just a big money making exercise.

The advise is to change at one year. I think they need 300ml per day from 12 months. Am at work so will try to find you a link later.
