BLW yogurts

Doing BLW with dd 6 .5 months right now all she's really taking in in any quantity is yoghurt but wondering if giving her this is going to mean that that's all she'll want? Giving her the plum ones so not to sweet.

I try to vary what I give DD and not worry about quantities. That means I don't especially give her things she likes. I believe at this stage, it's about exploration, so it's better to keep offering different things. If you are worried about how much she's eating, how about just have yoghurt once a day, and vary all the other offerings?

Mine's the same, will wolf down a bowl of plain porridge for brekkie, but turns his nose up at most other things including fruit and veg, yoghurt, and all the other foods that every other baby seems to be eating. Very frustrating.

I can't think what we can do other than just carry on offering different things and hope they will eventually decide to eat something else!

Good luck :)
