Is low sodium salt okay?

We make alot of our own bread and pizza dough. Just wanted to know if it is okay to replace the salt in the recipes with a low-sodium one so that the bread is more baby friendly. Thanks for any advice.

I would just experiment with reducing the salt content - we only use a pinch now in our bread. In the low sodium salt, potassium is often used as the sodium replacement. You definitely don't want to consume too much of that.

Just so your aware but low sodium/ionised salt is mildly radioactive. Just reduce the amount and it should be fine, tho considering most babies eat normal breads it should be too much of a problem.

Thanks for the advice. Going to try reducing the salt content rather than using low-sodium salt. The bread didn't taste very nice!
