Just started BLW can dd have adult cereal that says trace of salt?

what cereal is it? ready brek, porridge, weetabix are all fine from 6 months.

Shredded wheat with fruit doing BLW so need stuff that won't break up.

Babies are allowed 1g of salt a day. A trace means it a minuscule amount so thats fine.
