BLW - do you cut the crusts off for toast?

that's it really the title says it all.

I haven't been cutting them off as was always told as a kid that the crusts are good. But its the only bit she gags on....

No, I didn't. How old is your DD? If she is gagging on toast it might be that she is too young. But then if it is only the crusts causing a problem it won't hurt to cut them off until she is a bit older.

She is nearly 6 and a half months. Yes I think I will cut them off for a bit, the crusts seem to always fall off in a big chunk and then she has it all in her mouth.

Maybe in a month or 2 I can leave them on.
