Can I give my 19 week old baby celeriac puree as I got some in an organic box and wanted to use it up? Thanks.

you probably can but cook it really well or she will have revolting wind.

I'd probably mix it with something fairly bland like potato. It should freeze OK I think (not being a celeriac expert ). On a similar theme am currently debating whther dd whould enjoy the fennel we got in our box!

Thanks, ooo forgot the fennel that is at the bottom of the fridge! I have pureed the celeriac and I thought about mixing it with apple as she doesn't like apple on its own. What do you think?
Let me know how the fennel goes if you are brave enough.
