Finger food ideas

DS (7 months) will not eat lumpy baby food, but really enjoys finger food.

I have have been giving him pitta, rice cakes, brown toast, falafel, cucumber, peppers, carrot, parsnip and banana.

Would really appreciate any more suggestions!

Cheese on toast, sandwiches, strips of meat (such as beef) with some potato chunks (boiled/roasted), penne pasta, fish, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs

Really, you could give him pretty much anything you eat as long as it's not lumpy if that's the texture he doesn't like.

When i was weaning DD I borrowed this book from the library but really as Fliss says they can have anything.

Try strips of meat, ommelette, cucumber with a dip, green beans, really most things go.

There are some good ideas here too and have you looked in the MN recipe section?
