Dairy into a 10 month old

Just a really quick question - my DS (10 mth next week) enjoys eating most foods - which is great.

I know he is allowed milk in cooking, and cows milk as a drink from 1yr, but how does it work with yoghurts/fromage frais?

I do accept I am probably being a bit thick - but can he taste/try "normal" yoghurts?

Also the little pots such as petit filous - can he try/have these as a snack or dessert?

I was giving him the "baby" dairy desserts, but he has gone of these.

Thanks! [hsmile]

He can have it all. Though I would just get a big tub of plain yoghurt and add fruit to it, much cheaper and no nasties.

Yes he can have anything, DD has been having full fat greek yogurt since 6mo. You can get a tub for about 45p at Asda so MUCH cheaper.

Thank you for replies - will try him on on yoghurts, and if he takes to them will by the bigger pots

Thanks again Thanks
