Baby is 5 months old. I've slowing started introducing some fruit purees and I want to be done breastfeeding by the end of January. She's been getting a bottle of formula per day for easily two months if not longer. There was a period about a month ago where she was getting two (I would alternate boob and bottle). Then we traveled for two weeks and got off the habit. Now, she's back on bottle per day and even two again but the new thing is that she will only take a bottle FROM ME. Not from her Dad or her babysitter. Please help! Will this too pass? We've tried me out of the room, me in the room (worked best just now with Dad feeding and Mom consoling!)....

Is she having the night feed? maybe her dad can try to give her a bottle when she is half sleep? I guess that if she is not totally alert she would not be taht bottered about who is giving her the bottle, and once she has had one, she may not be so surprised next time?

Well, luckily, she's sleeping through the night. Every so often she'll wake for a feed at which point I do nurse her but those are getting fewer and fewer. Thanks though.
