well, you have two issues, the lump side of things and the allergies.
so, i would go to the meat and two veg side of things, mashed potato/ rice /sweet potato with browned mince (agree the tomatos are too acidic for those with sensitive tummys and allergies,my allergic son will never be able to eat raw tomatos, and by 3 was able to have tinned/cooked tomatos in meals.)
a slow cooked chicken , beef cassrole should be ok. can she eat well forked ,mashed food?
lots of cooked veggies , like soft brocolli for her to eat herself . in fact if she refuses just save some cooked soft veg, and just let her play with it as it will encourage her to try it next time.
offer her food to finger and play with at the high chair, but mash meal if she eats it that way, and then mash slightly less as time goes by, hopefully she will stop playing and enjoy exploring the food with her mouth, and become more receptive to the idea of eating normal lumpy food.
the plus side of allergies is that you have to cook from scratch, and they enjoy a healthy diet, down side, more work for us mummys!
good luck with the allergy clinic. let us know how things go.
