And if they can, does anybody have any good ideas on how to serve it that they could share with me? Thankyou!

At 7 months my DS wouldn't; I put it in his mouth and he proceeded to spit it all out. I think the texture was a bit strange for him and it was too dry.

DD2 eats it, but i have to mix it with some tomato sauce or something otherwise she spits it out.

Thanks, I'll try mixing it with a tomato sauce and see how it goes!

My 10 month old likes it as long as its saucey! You could try semolina (its the same thing but ground down) to get the taste before the texture?

I tried a chicken and peach moroccan cous cous recipe but it was too dry. I also made up a tuna and tomato cous cous dish. Soften some onions and garlic (optional), add other small veggies, like carrot or peas (anything really, I usually steam them first in the microwave), add some tinned tomatoes and cook, add some tinned tuna steak, make up cous cous in separate bowl then add to mixture. I have successfully frozen this too. I think DS likes the garlic the most!

Thanks milkyjo. I'm going to give your tomato and tuna cous cous receipe. Will also try semolina too - I didn't realise they were the sam thing!
