Eggs

DS is 6.5 months and doing really well with solids. I'd like to give him eggs, but when I scramble them, he doesn't like the texture at all. Any ideas please for alternative ways to serve well cooked egg?

Thanks in advance

Hard boiled and sliced into big chunks/mashed up?

Omelette, with cheese, tomatoes, anything really. Did it for DD's tea last night and was astounded by how much she got through! It's easy for them to pick up, and it might be co-incidence but she slept all night after it! something to do with high protein content maybe?
