Natural/greek yogurt

Hi, can anyone advise on whether greek yogurt is okay for a 6 month old baby? This was the only natural yogurt I could find in the supermarket that didn't also have probiotics (I didn't think these were suitable for babies but could be wrong).

greek yoghurt is fine and so is yoghurt with probiotics (unless it specifies otherwise on the label)

I agree with Seona - my health visitor recommended greek yogurt. Have to admit I didn't think too much about probiotics and the yogurt I give DD has them - isn't causing any problems though.

I had the same problem and ended up buying greek yoghurt.. because i could not find specifically 'natural' yoghurt, and then there was the prebiotics issue too so I suddenly became worried whether it is ok to give to my DS.
