How best to wean (off the breast) EBF 11 mo old?

What is your advice? We are down to morning and evening feeds only. She is a champ eater on solids so no concerns about nutritional intake. She will drink water from a beaker but isn't a bottle taker. Seems daft to introduce bottle (or formula) at this late stage.

I would like to wean her off the brest completely by her first birthday as I will then be 14 weeks pregnant and I am knackered and going back to work...

I have just expressed (a paltry amount) with the view that DH will offer it to her in a cup this evening at bedtime. We could do this until she just gives up on it?

I'd switch straight to cow's milk in a cup at this age.

Thanks Rita. Silly question no doubt, but would you warm it?

Guess it depends on how your dd wants it! My ds prefers milk really quite warm (body temp I suppose like breastmilk) - he has had room temperature milk but isn't keen.
