Quick question re Ready Brek

DD is 6 mo can I make her ready brek for breakfast with cows milk or do I have to use her SMA?

Cows milk is fine. I used to add a bit of pureed fruit as well to sweeten it in the early days. DS still loves it 14 months later.

I just use water. And add fruit puree.

DS has Ready Brek with banana and full fat cows milk. If she has not had either cows milk or ready brek you could introduce it to her slowly by first using SMA to mix it. Or try both and if she's not that keen use the SMA for a familiar taste.

Cows milk is fine, but I use aptamil purely because ds wouldn't be having enough formula each day if I used cows milk.
