Roast chicken leftovers, made into chicken lentil veg soup/ sauce...

...can I freeze (and then reheat later) or does it all have to be eaten ASAP, seeing as the chicken has already been cooked twice (once when roasted, once when put into the soup/sauce).

DS is 8 months.
