How much milk does your 8 month old take daily?

My 8 month old DS is BLW and loving food. He's only on two meals a day. Prior to BLW he was on 5 x 7ounce FF a day. I'd say now he's on 4 x 5-7 ounces a day.

Now he's on solids twice a day, how much milk should he be taking? I kept reading that the solids shouldn't be replacing the milk but there are days he really struggles...I worry he takes too little etc

Comparisons are helpful, thanks

He's not a big baby

a minimum of 20oz is recommended between 6 months and 1 year. My ds (at that age) was probably still on 4 milk feeds of around 6/7oz but he was taking 3 (smallish)meals a day as well.

Thanks Seona...with BLW it's so hard to know exactly what he's taking. I wouldn't say it's smallish but I've got nothing (ie purees) to compare it to
