My 8mo was similar til a couple of weeks ago - now he loves
red lentils with carrot and cheddar cheese,
mashed potato with broccoli and unsalted butter,
rice cakes with marmite/peanut butter/philadelphia (not very often cos of salt content)

Sweetcorn, broccoli, cottage cheese, potatoes, sweet potatoes, soft apples (golden delicious) grapes (cut in half), meat cut into strips to suck on...

My nearly 10 month loves ravioli (fresh not tinned) serve warm with a bit of pesto and cream cheese, he gnaws at them till he can suck out the filling hth
