does microwave destroy all the nutrients?

I thought I was being really good and making all my baby food from scratch at home. I cooked nutritious things and put them into little pots to freeze..

then I reheat them in the microwave. But a friend of mine who is pretty up on nutrition said that the microwave destroys all nutrients/vitamins in food?

is this true? is the microwave that bad?

If it does, I'm stuffed. Grin

Somebody here might have some proper advice, or you could google.
I think its unlikely.

It doesn't. In fact, microwaving can actually keep more nutrients in some cases. Tis a common woo thing to say though
