I have recently introduced the following
breakfast 8-9am - 7oz ( cow and gate banana porridge which ds loves :)
lunch 12-1pm - 7oz and a ellas kitchen pouch a whole one
3pm - bottle 7oz
5pm - dinner time - a cow and gate jar ( trying to get him to try veg but he isnt keen )
i dont know if what im doing is right - also if im giving him the right portion size
?? help a very confused mum please x
