Food for 1 year old with just a microwave

Hi,

We will be without of proper kitchen due to work being done on our house for a few weeks. Most likely, we will only have a microwave. Does anyone have any ideas as to what we can cook for a 1 year old?
We've thought of normal stuff like jacket potato, peas, beans, but would be nice to be able to cook other things and not to have to rely on jars of baby food.

thanks,

Haven't used a microwave for years...but things like porridge, scrambled eggs, plain cooked meat like chicken breast or fish fillets, steamed veg come to mind straight away...

What will you and your OH be eating?

Have a massive cooking session before the work gets started and fill your freezer with loads of easy to reheat meals.
