DD is 27 weeks and have been BLW for about 3 & 1/2 weeks.
She took it it immediately and was shoving food in her mouth from day 1. After just offering fruit and vegs for the first couple of weeks she got her hands on bread at a picnic a couple of weeks ago and loves it!!! But now I fear she's getting fussy. Offer her bread of any description and she eats it, properly, all of it. Bananas she'll eat the lot, strawberries too. Mash up avocado and put it on toast, all gone, or some dairy lee. Yogurts and weetabix she's had today and have gone down well. She'll suck on bits of chicken. So what's the problem? She just doesn't seem to eat and veg, over the last few days she's been offered, carrots, broccoli, parsnips, potatoe, corguette, cucumber and has barely shown any interest in even picking them up.

We went for BLW because we want her to eat well and not be a fussy eater. Am I being paranoid about nothing too early. Should I just be grateful that she is actually swallowing decent amounts of solid food and not get too hung up at the moment about what that is. It crossed my mind today to just blend all the veg up spread it on toast and she'd probably eat it!! But I really like the idea of her knowing this is brocolli, it looks like this, feels like this tastes like this etc etc

I wouldn't get too hung up about it, if you're that worried you can puree the veg and put it on some bread (I do this). Keep offering it, she'll pick it back up at some point.

You could try offering the veg before you offer the bread and see if that makes any difference.

Our DD is the same - she's been BLW for 3 weeks and will eat everything except plain steamed veg. She'll eat veggies in things like home made pizza so we're not too worried, but now she hasn't pooed for a few days (sorry if TMI) so we're cutting back on the bread-based foods and just offering veggies and my milk, at least until we see if she's constipated.

My DS prefers some veg when it's it a casserole or another type of one-pot dish - i.e. with a bit of extra flavour.
