DD is mostly fine with fruit and some veg, but I am clueless about which dairy foods to try her - how much, how often, how slowly should I introduce them?

Cheese sauce, custard, yoghurt.

You could try one or two spoonfulls after her fruit/veg at lunchtime.

Baby brain makes it difficult to remember but I think I introduced one new thing a week. DS was a hungry baby though and I think we were pretty much on to 'puddings' after lunch and dinner fairly quickly.

Hi...

DD has recently discovered petits filous... hmmm, tasty and nice... especially when she can wipe her face onto mummys jumper and then try to eat it off of that.

she also has rice pudding... not that she gets much because mummy thinks it tastes pretty damn good. hehehehehe
