Mealtimes for my 10 month old spiralling downwards into nightmare territory...he used to wolf down purees, now he gags when I spoonfeed him and is wary of finger foods (though on a good day he'll munch away on broccoli quite happily). Doesn't help that he has proven allergies to dairy, eggs and gluten, so choosing food for him is really difficult.
I thought a modified form of BLW (eating different things from dh and me, because of the allergies) and ditching the purees altogether might be the way forward, but perhaps it's too late? Anyone with a similar experience? Am desperate for advice, as finding mealtimes very stressful, and missing the early days of weaning where everything seemed so easy and fun...
