6 month old and yoghurt?

I can't remember the guidelines Blush.

DC3 is 25 weeks and started on solids about 10 days ago - all going well, largely BLW with some purees for convenience and speed. Otherwise still just BF.

He's on a course of antibiotics, which are upsetting his tummy.

Older DCs have natural yoghurt every day, which I've found to help with the tummy upsets in the past. Is he too young for plain yoghurt (prob mixed with fruity pot for taste)? Is there any point when he's still getting so much breastmilk anyway?

Thank you for any thoughts!

From 6 months they can have anything but salt, honey and whole nuts.

Yup, yoghurt is fine from 6 months, my DD still has plain greek style yoghurt and she is now 13 months. Try it without the fruit first, he might like it anyway!

Thank you both - I thought so, but wanted to check in case I was missing something.
