Try the Gill Rapley BLW book

They can have anything but honey, whole nuts, loads of salt and booze after they are 6 months old. Spend your money on a good healthy eating for families cook book like jamies ministry of food instead. The principle of BLW is eating food together - so no need for baby recipes.

Aitch's site - www.babyledweaning.com has loads of advice

I don't tihnk you need a BLW book for help, just cook what you always cook for your family (watching out for salt and honey) and give it to the baby too.

And for specific help, just ask mumsnet!

Gill Rapley has a BLW cookbook that has some good ideas and includes a summary of the principle behind it. V yummy (but mild) Thai green curry has been my fave so far! I am addicted to cook books though and will use any excuse to buy a new one. It's really not necessary, but I'm not telling DH that Wink.
