Hi!

We're at the very beginning of the weaning process, I was wonderng about taking purees out and about and the temperature of them.

Thankyou.

I used to freeze in ice cube trays as recommended, then just put the right number of frozen blocks in a pot before we went out for the day. By lunchtime, they'd usually just about defrosted.
Get DC used to food at whatever temperature it comes early, it saves a lot of hassle trying to heat things up.
Once we were on to more complex food, i wouldn't take meat/ fishy things out without a freezer block in cool bag.

Thanks,

so I don't need to worry about keeping things a certain temperature? What if I'm taking food out first thing for my baby to eat at around 4pm?

You could use a coolbag. Or use something like Ella's Kitchen pouches on out and about days. Have to say BLW comes into its own when on the move.
