I'm a bit confused about gruyere cheese in recipes for my 7.5 month old. I have the Annabel karmel book, and lots of her 'Stage 2 weaning' recipes include gruyere, although I almost had a heart attack when I looked at a packet of the cheese I had just used to see a 'unsuitable for babies ...' warning. I thought as it was a hard cheese (albeit unpasteurised) it was ok?
Any thoughts?
