Hi, my dd2 is 16 months and is having 4oz of milk after breakfast, 6oz of milk before bed and about 2 yoghurts a day. It's getting more and more difficult to give her morning milk. Shall i just stop offering? She is a good eater and eats a varied diet.
Thanks Smile

I've no idea really. My DD is 15mo and doesn't drink as much as that. I don't measure it but offer her a cup of milk with meals. She usually only drinks a few mouthfuls and has refused milk before bed since she stopped bf.

I think they are supposed to have about 500-600ml a day at this age but other diary products like yoghurt and cheese can count too I think. I include the milk she has on her breakfast too.

350mls is recommended from 1 year inclusive of milk in cereal, in foods, etc plus any dairy products. I offered a cup of milk along with breakfast at that age
