Age for runny eggs

DS is 14 months and always has fully cooked scrambled eggs.
Can't seem to find anything on the suitable age for a baby/toddler to have runny eggs.
Would love for him to try a fried or soft boiled egg for a change.

Is there a 'rule' for this?

NCT site says between 12 and 18 months is ok.

I can't find anywhere else with any kind of age noted though!
