I have just weaned my son off of breast milk and he has been crying and moody for he last three days. But now i am worried because of his eating habits. He will only eat for his breakfast either rice crispies or yoghurt then for his dinner he will eat a small amount of bread with a very fine layer of cream cheese or toast wit jam and once again a yoghurt. Then he will eat an apple and some raisens and maybe three spoons of rice with minced beef tomato onion and garlic or three chips or 3 spoons of macarona and i try everyday to get him to eat veggies, meat fish eggs but he wont. I am worried that now i have stopped feeding him milk he isnt getting what his body needs.

You may need to be patient with this. Assuming that your son is otherwise healthy, the amount he eats doesn't sound too bad. My son totally refuses most veggies (occasionally eats them by mistake in a sauce, but is usually highly skilled at spotting and removing them), but likes fruit, doesn't eat much meat/fish/eggs but will have cheese, and will eat toast forever if we let him. We try to offer him lots of variety and keep trying with the veg, and some days he'll eat more, others he'll eat almost nothing - and if he has a few of these days together it does seem worrying. You could try offering smaller portions and healthy snacks between them (remember he only has a stomach about the size of his fist). Or if you know any of his peers who are good eaters, have them round for lunch and see if succumbs to peer pressure! Or make smiley faces out of the food, or make one of those tomato sauce for pasta that has veggies hidden in it.
